Refund procedure for countries outside Japan

1. Fill in the necessary information on the "Refund Request Form" and send an email to the administrator requesting a refund.

2. Confirm that the symbol number required for identification and the address for sending the ticket are written in the e-mail returned by the administrator.

 

3. Send the ticket to the address indicated in the e-mail, enclosing the symbol number required for identification.

* Please bear the shipping costs.

 

4. Send an email to the administrator with the details of your bank account information you wish to be refunded.

 

5. TETOFES administrator will refund directly to your bank account.

* If you have a bank account in Japan, the refund process will be the same as the refund procedure in Japan.

* TETOFES will take your bank account information to process your refund. We will take all possible precautions to ensure the security of your information.

However, we will not be held responsible for any information leaks on the mail server or money transfer service used.

How long does it take to get a reply after I submit a refund request via the refund request form?

→ The email sent by TETOFES is not an automatic reply. It will take some time for us to reply to you because we need to assign a symbol number to identify your ticket and other operations. Therefore, if you do not receive a reply after waiting for up to a week, please contact us again via the refund request form, indicating that you have not received a reply.

 

Why do I need to send my ticket for a refund?

→ The tickets do not have any individual identification number or seat number on them. In order to distinguish between those who have been refunded and those who have not, tickets for those who wish to be refunded must be returned to the administrator.

 

I don't want to include my personal information such as my address and real name when I send my ticket.

→ You do not need to include any information other than the symbol number necessary for identification which written in the e-mail from the administrator. However, please note that we will not take any responsibility even if the ticket is discarded due to an unknown address due to an incorrect shipping address.

 

When will I get my refund?

→ Collection and confirmation of arrived tickets will be carried out in batches about once a month. Depending on the timing of ticket delivery, you may have to wait more than a month for the refund to be completed. Therefore, if there is a gap between the arrival of the ticket and the time of collection and confirmation, it may take a month or more for a refund.

 

I don't want a refund, but when is the next offline event going to be held?

→ We are sorry, but the schedule for the next event is currently undecided. At the very least, we can't hold the event until there is no risk of disease transmission even if many people gather and speak.
